"First thing that comes to mind is singing. I sing in a choir... that just feels great, really."

"It's the community... singing with a load of other people just feels really nice. I'm lucky to have found a really nice choir full of very, very lovely human beings."

"Well, I struggle a lot with... health issues, I've got chronic fatigue. Doing my best to overcome that... just needed to get out the house today because of been pretty wiped out the last couple of days & it's really nice to be out in the sunshine."
